This Privacy Policy explains how kusers.ai (“Kusers”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use our website, waitlist, early-access product, and connected-platform features.
If you connect TikTok, Kusers requests access to your basic profile, extended public profile, account statistics, and your public video list. Depending on the permissions you approve, this can include your display name, avatar, username, biography, profile link, verification status, follower and following counts, total likes, video count, and your own public videos with their titles, covers, links, view counts, like counts, comment counts, durations, and publish times.
We use this information to identify and display the TikTok account you connected, link you back to that public profile, show your real performance, help you understand what content worked, and prepare relevant content recommendations. We do not use your TikTok connection to access private messages, passwords, or content that the approved scopes do not provide. Kusers is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
You may separately connect services such as YouTube, X, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, or Product Hunt when those integrations are available. Each connection is optional and independent. The authorization screen tells you exactly which permissions are requested. Public-data connections may use only a public handle and do not grant Kusers access to your account.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with you, to operate and secure Kusers under our legitimate interests, to comply with law, or with your consent. Connecting a platform is optional. You may withdraw that authorization by disconnecting it, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are used only from our servers to provide the connected feature. We use service providers to run Kusers, including Clerk for authentication and infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, storage, and model processing. They process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.
We disclose information only to service providers that help us deliver Kusers, when you direct us to, or when required for security or law. We do not provide connected TikTok data to data brokers or advertisers. Some providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Kusers uses cookies and similar storage required for authentication, security, preferences, and reliable operation. We do not use connected TikTok data for cross-site advertising.
We keep account and product information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Connected-platform tokens and imported account data are kept until you disconnect that platform, delete your Kusers account, or ask us to delete them, subject to short-lived backups and legal obligations. Disconnecting a channel stops future access and removes its stored authorization from the active product.
To request access, correction, export, or deletion, or to withdraw a platform connection, use Social connections or email hello@kusers.ai. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Kusers is intended for people who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Kusers will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Email us to make a request or appeal a decision about one.
