These Terms govern your use of kusers.ai (“Kusers”, “we”, “us”), including its website, waitlist, early-access product, and connected-platform features. By using Kusers, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account. Do not share access or attempt to use another person's account.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee an invitation or launch date. Early-access features may be incomplete, change, or be removed. We may limit access to invited test accounts while the product is being reviewed and improved.
When you connect TikTok, YouTube, or another platform, you authorize Kusers to use the permissions shown on that platform's consent screen solely to provide the requested Kusers feature. You confirm that you control the connected account and may grant those permissions. You can disconnect a platform from Social connections.
For TikTok, approved permissions may be used to display the connected account's public profile details, verification status, account statistics, and the account's own public videos inside Social connections and Kusers analytics.
Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies, and developer rules. Kusers does not grant you rights to third-party content and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms.
You may not use Kusers to:
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Kusers the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service. Drafts, analytics, and recommendations are tools for your review; you remain responsible for what you approve, publish, or send.
Kusers and its software, design, branding, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own lawful business purposes. If you give us feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we do not acquire ownership of your content.
Free and paid plan limits may differ. If you purchase a subscription, the price, billing interval, included usage, and cancellation terms shown at checkout apply. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
Kusers may help you research and execute content work, but growth depends on your product, market, content, judgment, and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee audience growth, revenue, views, replies, ranking, or continued platform access.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Third-party APIs can change, limit, or revoke access without notice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Kusers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using Kusers or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will post the new date here, with additional notice when required.
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and checkout terms that apply to you, are the agreement between you and Kusers about the service.
